Commission Payments: 1) Commission payments are made once each month, by the 10th day of the month for the previous month's earnings. 2) If you are participating in a professional affiliate (any paid program), your monthly service fee must be kept current in order to receive commissions payments. 3) You will NOT market via the use of SPAM. Contacting business owners via email using direct and manual interaction with their websites is acceptable. 4) Retail accounts that are terminated due to fraud for which you have been paid commissions will result recovery of any or all commissions paid for that account. If we have to give them their money back, then you have to give yours back, too. We employ fraud prevention tools, so this will not often happen. 5) Retail accounts that are issued refunds will result in recovery of any and all related commissions paid.
